Check-through of all supplier agreements and arrangements so we know exactly what you’ve put in place so far. Liaise and finalise with suppliers.
Book guest transport and accommodation where required.
Chase up outstanding RSVPs.
Regular reports keeping you fully informed and updated.
Detailed schedule for the day ensuring the suppliers, caterers, venues and all principals are singing from the same song sheet.

Consultation with you at your chosen venue to discuss all arrangements.
Check-through of all supplier agreements and arrangements so we know exactly what you’ve put in place to date. Liaise, confirm and finalise with suppliers.
Detailed plan/timetable for the party.
If you are using a Marquee, we oversee set-up and ensure all is in order with heating, lighting, floor surfaces etc.
Attendance, commencing 3 hours prior to the party to oversee all arrangements or last-minute adjustments.
If an outside venue, we will leave your home for the venue ahead of your departure to ensure everything is in order for your arrival.
All Toast Master duties, including announcements, maintaining a strict time schedule, dealing with questions from you or your guests and liaising and co-ordinating caterers, photographers, band and waiting staff.

Extensive search of venues fulfilling the above criteria. Selection of three or four most suitable choices.
